• Both indicators are blank.
• The field has no ending punctuation (no period at the end of the line).
• Use the structure (Award) for (Category), (year), (Name)
• Examples:
  • 586__ Caldecott Medal, 1979
  • 586__ Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, 1997
  • 586__ Academy Award for Best Picture, 1975
